The medication does not have a sensation such as stinging or burning, so the only thing patients experience is the pin prick of injection.
Your forehead vein treatment may include 1-2 additional injections of specialized anesthetics as part of our proprietary treatment for forehead veins, developed over several years. After treatment, the area is typically raised and red for several hours. Patients do not typically report post-procedure pain. Treated veins fade over the course of 4-6 weeks.
